Oaks Townsville Gateway Suites

We really enjoyed our stay here with our two dogs. The staff were really lovely, and the doormen were fantastic helping with our bags and dogs and a nice chat all the time (the doormen are a credit to this hotel!). The rooms are spacious, tidy and equipped with all the things you could need for a longer stay with a full kitchen and washing/dryer as well! We did enjoy having a cold beer in the rooftop pool with the dogs tied up in the shade close by. The location is really great and close by to Sukhumvit Rd, and there's a good department store across the road for all those essentials 👍

A good-sized room with a comfortable bed, a private balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. The location was close to the main city area, and numerous restaurants were available on the street.

The staff were courteous and efficient.

Beautiful, clean and very central little apartment. Our host was amazing, she not only met us on arrival and departure but organised a taxi for us and didn’t leave until we were on our way to the airport. She also gave us plenty of information about the apartment and the city itself. Definitely recommend this very comfortable apartment.

Great location with restaurants and bars close by in Palmer Street and Flinders St East. Overlooked the stadium and could walk easily around the area. Room was spacious and clean, very comfortable bed. Very handy having a hairdresser downstairs as we were attending a wedding and got our hair done without having to leave the building.
